we loved staff and food of this brand-new hotel. the room was new-fashioned with beautiful view, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

Every detail was superb from the beginning, including staff and rooms, I truly enjoyed it. I had fairly priced room that did n't have enough mirrors. The hotel had a great bar and a nice restaurant. Fantastic stay, as always.

Great way to end our weekend.

Planned to see Birmingham major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. The hotel was located short walk to Bullring shopping center, the concert venue, the Arena.

I greatly enjoyed to be here, everything was beautiful. And it also had lovely view. Their food was outstanding with lots of meals. The service was absolutely perfect. My stay here was nice.

Efficient staff, wonderful view, nice hot breakfast. Rooms were very fancy and beds were nice. The service at this smart hotel was terrific!

Every part of it was ideal, I loved staff and location. Location very close to - the city centre and airport. Spa therapy and massage therapy were available at extra cost:)))

It had every detail we needed, we liked location and staff. Hotel was spotless. Positioned in the special area. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious, and location was peaceful. I loved neat room I was given. The beds were not very comfortable here, though it was a good stay all in all. 34 minutes drive to airport.

A LOVELY stay for exploring the city, amazing location. The rooms are large with a terrace. Moreover, there is a parking on-site. Birmingham City Centre is a district that deserves exploring. Breakfast was nice, a wide array of options.
